Welcome to Tan Y Llan cottage, our two bedroom chalet-bungalow situated at Penbryn, close to the West Wales coast about ten miles North of Cardigan. Literally translated, Tan Y Llan means "Beneath the Church". It is set in two-thirds of an acre of gently sloping gardens, adjoining a small stream and woods, totally peaceful and secluded. There is a South-facing patio in natural stone where you can sit out and enjoy the tranquillity of this beautiful area.

The National Trust owns much of the land round and about, including the spectacular, mostly sandy, beach which is only five minutes walk away through the woods or ten minutes by road. (There is no charge for access to the beach on foot.) There are many beauty spots and places of interest in the locality which is largely undeveloped and unspoiled.
